Our family is…special…to say the least. Y’all this crowd of humans puts the fun in dysfunctional. They are all nuts but pictures like this can usually make the Mama feel better about her own branch of the family tree, dry rot and all.
Dogs are family too, right?
Seriously, there are few things in life more awkward than avid pet lovers. I mean, our dogs are a big part of our lives, so it only makes sense that we want to record those memories with photographs. With more and more photographs, it only makes sense that some of these photos end up…awkward. Let’s be honest, the Mama is as dog crazy as they come, but things like this are just awkward.

Seriously? What are people thinking when they take these photos? Is it intentional? Do they not realize how ridiculous? Inappropriate? Freaking awesome they are going to be? Or is it a complete accident?

The Mama is snap happy when it comes to that camera. It’s like she goes mental and all she can think of is flashy-bulbing me. It’s ridiculous. Yeah, well every now and again, I have the balls to show her who is boss. (Get it? GET IT?? I’ve got the balls to show her?? Come on! This is comedy gold.)
Sometimes, we are just too excited to be worried about the fact that the pupparrazzi is there… watching… waiting… photographing everything. I mean, can’t a guy even embrace a friend he hasn’t seen in a while without people making rude as-hump-tions about what we are actually doing.
At least these awkward photos are an accident right?
Dog help us if the Mam a decides she needs to take photos for our Christmas Cards and
they turn out like this. So awkward. Oh so awkward.
