Every year, I see posts from Mommy bloggers about what they’re buying their kids for Christmas. Every year, I love the idea of of those Moms who stick to a strict idea when shopping for gifts:
Something you want,
Something you need,
Something to wear,
Something to read.
Now, my Koly isn’t much of a reader, so I’m changing it to “eat”, but I wanted to challenge myself NOT to go crazy this year. Christmas shopping is kind of my jam and every year, I over shop, I go overboard and buy a small mountain of stuff for my already incredibly spoiled dogs. Oh man, they’re so spoiled you guys. I love the idea of a guideline to keep me focused and on track.
Something They Want: A Nina Ottosan DogTwister
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, my dogs adore dog puzzles. They are the #1 best way that I keep them from going cuckoo bananas during the long, wet winters. Get it here.
Something he Needs: Another Bed
I know what you’re thinking “HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?” There is no way that dog needs another bed and normally, I’d agree, but he doesn’t have a bed in the craft room. That means he either has to lay in the living room ALONG or on the floor. Unacceptable. I’m pretty sure he won’t stand for this much longer. Get it here.
Something to Wear: A new Walking Harness
Desperately. He desperately needs a new harness. I’m not saying he can’t leave the house, but he looks a bit like a hobo when we do. I’m just not sure what kind to buy. Right now, the front runner is this Ruffwear Front Range Harness.
Something to Eat: Himalayan Chew Stuffed Deer Antler
You guys, IS THIS A REAL THING? How did I not know this?! This is like taking two of my dog’s favourite things and cramming them together. This will 100% be under the tree this year. Order it on Amazon.
