5 Banana Dog Treats Good Enough to Make Sugar Smile

It feels like a million or so years ago that I sent an email to the incredibly talented dog chef with the pretty Golden retriever asking if they might be interested in hosting a dog food blog hop with me. I was pretty green and utterly shocked when Sugar agreed to host Tasty Tuesday with us. Over the years, we were inspired over and over by the homemade dog treat recipes Sugar shared, by her beautiful photos and most of all, by the spirit of this sweet dog that always seemed to be smiling. 

Last week, the world and more importantly, her people said good bye to Sugar. It’s a loss the whole community feels sharply. Sugar has been a pillar of the pet blogging community and a friend the entire time I have been doing this. I know she inspired not just me, but so many of the pet bloggers I know and admire.

It felt only right that even though we stopped celebrating Tasty Tuesday a few years back, we link up one last time in honour of the sweet golden who meant so much to so many.
