WOOF! What the bark everydoggy.
Whose wise acre idea was it to put the LUNGING challenge right before the JUMPING challenge? Come on now, step forward. I want to have a word with you…Oh. What’s that you say? It was MY IDEA?!?!
I’m gonna go out on a leash here and say that it was all the Mama’s fault. For realz you guys. That woman did not think this through. We just barely made though all that tugging and lunging and squatting (oh, the squatting) and here she is trying to get us to act like rabbits? Bold lady, that Mama.I would totally understood if y’all sent her hate mail.
Good thing Jumping is the perfect companion to napping.
Still feeling the toning effects of the week three challenge in the oh-so-many-muscles-the-mama-didn’t-even-know-she-had, we decided to take it slow this week. We split the challenge up into 2 – 30 minutes blocks of running, jumping and romping on the playground equipment. Each K9 kamp Session ended with (you guessed) it a cozy and snuggle nap. I like a good cat nap, even if I am not so fond of the cat.
Just how did our other kampers do?
(Kol’s Note: This week we are totally impressed with our kampers stick-to-it-iveness and their determination to get the job done! You guys are the best kampers EVER!)
Life With Lulu (and Wally too!)
Kampers: Angel & Lulu
We haven’t been feeling all that great and it was raining all weekend.. *sigh* We did get the challenge done in 4 sessions, but we modified the activities slightly. First, we used the stairs and went up 3 and down 3 for 5 minutes. Then, I did 5 minutes of leg lifts across the kitchen and had her weave through my legs when I put my foot down and stepped forward. Finally, we did 5 minutes of jumping back and forth over a broomstick! That sure got our hearts pumping! 🙂

Kampers: Oskar and Pam
Due to illness we weren’t able to participate in the specific challenge issued. What we did was to make our way around the raindrops to take a walk or at least play chase in the yard every day. Oskar is really enjoying the extra interaction.
We hope to feeling up to doing the final challenge next week!
Go wish Oskar and Pam a speedy recovery at Pet Blogs United

Kampers: Sherman and Jenn
We did finish the challenge by jumping over a dime again which was fun. I thought it was quite a good challenge for me, I got fed, I got to run, I relieved myself, and I made a dime. I hope everyone else had as successful a Kamp.
