Tiffanie says:
These scrumptious gluten free cookies are made by mixing not one, but two types of rice flour and nutty quinoa flour. Rich local honey combined with thick unsulfured molasses adds a sweet note while also packing these cookies with medicinal benefits. Couple that with freshly sliced ginger and golden milled flaxseed, you not only have a treat that will leave your pets begging with their paws out begging for more, but one you can also feel good about giving to them too!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 1 cup white rice flour
- 1 cup quinoa flour
- 1 cup milled flax seed
- 1/4 cup unsulphured organic molasses
- 1/2 cup local honey
- 1 chopped finger length piece of fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup water (or enough to process)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- and about 40-60 blueberries
Instructions
preheat your oven to 350
dump everything in your mixer except for the water. mix until the dough starts to pull away from the sides a bit adding water as needed. Dough will be firm but a bit sticky .
Take blueberries surround them with the dough with out squishing the berries. 1-2 per treat. should make about 40 treats if you make them a decent size.
Bake for about 35-40 mins
Um…Mama here. Is it just me or do these sound totally good enough for humans?
