The gold-standard for celebration drinks, the Foley-tini packs a lethal one two punch of fun and decadence – and no one except Foley even knows what is in it. Many a night, I’ve had too many Foley-tinis and woke up with no recollection of the night before.
But today is a day to remember! I am four big boy years old – and even better than that, my birthday buddy, Reggie the Ween is *twelve*.

Reg is one of my brothers in dog at the Moi Squad, a very high tech, fancy k9 squad. We’re a big deal. Reg it is my distinct please to share a birthday with you! I’m raising a Koly-tini glass in your honour! Here’s to next year!

Of course you do. Let’s do this:
1/2 cup low-fat, low sodium chicken stock
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup frozen pea, beans or carrots
Place frozen veggies in a fancy pants cup (or you know, a regular bowl works too. But isn’t that cup cute?) Pour chicken stock & water over veggies.
Serve. Koly-tinis are great for those hot days when you aren’t drinking enough. During a real heat wave, the Mama has been known to substitute plain Pedialyte for the water to ensure we stay absolutely hydrated.
