It’s Fetch Friday!
Is it just me or has this week been EXTRA long?! Mama and I are ready to kick back on the couch with some snuggles and maaaaaybe do a bit of interwebz shopping. Here’s a few things on our wish list this week.
1. Magneclip Leashes from Fido Fashion
No one hates our regular old spring-clip leashes more than Mama’s manicurist. Save your nails (and your fingers) with the Magneclip leash. This leash uses a magnet to hold the clasp shut. We’ve been playing with one for WEEKS and so far? It’s totally amazing. (And if y’all make googley eyes at Mama, she might have a Magneclip Leash & Collar to give away).
2. Call Out Dog Toys from FabDog
OMG. WTF. LOL. XOXO, Kolchak! The Mama was a teen of the 90s and she wants these dog toys so darn bad. I’m not even sure she would let us play with them. They might be “Mama toys”.
3. Do You Mind? from Dog Lover Gift Baskets
We love anything that helps pups and their people bond. This board game lets you and you dog earn points for completing challenges. Perfect for a dog friendly day with friends and for helping build up your relationship with your dog.
4. WonderPuggle T-Shirt from CafePress
::gasp:: OMD, want want want to be having this awesome comic book inspired t-shirt featuring a BLACK puggle. It’s so awesome, I had to feature it twice. Once here and once on our PugglePack Newsletter.

I love the toys. I think they are wolf pack toys. Not dog toys at all.

Oh goodness, please nothing that would ruin Mom's nails, that makes her very angry! As long as the magnaclip is strong enough to hold and stay closed, it sounds good!

The Do You Mind game sounds interesting. I have never heard of a board-type game you can play with your dog.

I'm so curious about the MagnaClip leash & collar...how does it work? And I want that game, too! That would be cute to play with my pooches on a rainy day!
MagneClip

The magneclip works like a balance beam. There is a rivet in the middle and a magnet on one side of it. The other side is the opening. It opens and closes like inwards like a carabiner. Unlike springs if you have ever used a refrigerator magnet you'll notice the strength gets much stronger the closer you get to the magnet. We used this to our advantage, when the MagneClip® is closed it is firmly closed and won't rattle. But when it is fully open the magnet is just strong enough to close the balance beam.
So if you have to keep the clip open for a while to find your dog's D ring on the collar it is easy. It won't hurt you if you slip and it closes by accident. You can use it with gloves on in winter. Also great if you have arthritis or you have just had a manicure.
We have a video explaining more about it. Thank you.
